Wonderful Stay in a Central Location

good size separate shower nearby shop train station

The room was a good size. The bathroom included both a separate shower and a bathtub. The hotel is close to the train station. I found several restaurants and shops nearby. I appreciated the convenience.

The air conditioning unit made a slight noise.

Reasonable stay IN THE heart of the city

ideal location daily cleaning lacking variety table clearing

The location was ideal. It placed me near many shops and restaurants. THE room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Reception staff greeted guests kindly.

Breakfast lacked variety. Items ran out sometimes and weren't replaced quickly enough, unfortunately. Clearing my own table felt unusual for a hotel stay.

the room had a clothes cabinet and a big corner. the bathroom included both a shower and a bath. the location allows easy access to the riverbank, sanjo station, and main market stalls.

the breakfast lacked a variety of non-japanese options.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Downsides

rude staff member unacceptable behavior

The hotel has a convenient location that met my expectations and a reasonable price.

One staff member was rude. I asked for water at the lobby and this staff member made me say my room number and my name only to thrust the water at me. The rest of the staff was nice so it seemed like an isolated incident, I hope management can correct this behavior.

limited selection air conditioning issues

the location was acceptable (it was near the train station).

I found the breakfast subpar. The selection seemed limited. i also had issues with the air conditioning, as it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. the room felt stuffy and the air never felt fresh, made sleeping difficult.
